Delete your Rennt account
Use this page to request deletion of your Rennt account and associated personal data without needing access to the mobile app.
How to Request Deletion
Send your request to support@rennt.in from the email address linked to your Rennt account.
Please include the following details in your request:
- your full name,
- your Rennt account email address,
- an optional phone number to help us verify the request, and
- a clear statement that you want your Rennt account deleted.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request came from the account holder before processing it.
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize account-related personal data associated with your Rennt account unless we need to retain limited information for legitimate legal or operational reasons.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 business days.
Information We May Retain
In some cases, Rennt may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
This may include limited payment, payout, receipt, or compliance records where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
